I’m always excited to receive emails and photos when someone has made something from a pattern or tutorial that I created. Imagine my excitement when I received a video instead! This particular video is extra special because it’s about my favorite two things, Harry Potter and quilting. That’s not even the best part. The quilt was made by a teenage quilter, Abby!
Thanks to her mom, Franci, for sharing her videos.
Abby, your quilt and HP clay people are amazing. Please accept the sewhooked Sew Awesome Craft award for your sheer awesomeness and creativity!
Be warned, I’m posting this everywhere because it is AWESOME!
If you make a Sew Awesome Craft or any pattern, craft or recipe from sewhooked, I’d love to see a photo. Email me or add it to the sewhooked flickr group.

Thank you for the sewhooked sew awsome craft award!!
hehe
what is TTMT?
TTMT stands for Talk To Me Tuesday. It’s exactly what you did on your videos, talking about crafts and things we make. There’s a group of us that post TTMTs every (you guessed it!) Tuesday.
She’s so adorable and talented and CRAFTY! What’s not to love?
Plus Percy Jackson stuff too? Yay!
I love the comments!! Yes, she is something mighty special and these videos brought huge smiles to my face. She is very talented and creative. I couldn’t believe how she did all those paper pieced blocks by herself. She only needed a bit of help lining things up with the hard faces and typically would keep the blocks a surprise until they were 100% completed. I’ll send photos of the quilt taken at our big quilt show once my husband puts them on the computer. I don’t know what TTMT is??? Can some one let me know? Thanks!! She will love the comments!! Thanks!! Her very proud mom!! By the way-she got her first sewing machine at 4!! Don’t be afraid to teach them young-her sister started sewing at a machine at 3!!!
You can read all about TTMT here.
Wow! She rocks my socks.
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! She is just sooooooooooooo cute … and amazing quilt … and those clay people are wonderful!!!
